Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Air compressors and their supporting dryers, engineering pipeline connections;
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements for medical gas, oil-free and water-free.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 90 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 7 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a qualification level of three or above;
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
