Our company intends to bid on the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: LIZHU Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Dola Transformation Electromechanical Installation Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Industrial Park, Pingluo County, Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, LIZHU Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Tank equipment, pump equipment, production equipment, pipelines, steel platforms, electrical and instrument installation involved in the Dola transformation.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: The installation of this project is based on the construction drawings designed by "Hebei Yingke Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd." and complies with the following national standards:
1. "Construction Specifications for Industrial Metal Pipeline Engineering" (GB50235-2010)
2. "Construction and Acceptance Regulations for On-site Equipment and Industrial Pipeline Welding Engineering" (GB50236-2011)
3. "Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards for Industrial Metal Pipeline Engineering" (GB50184-2011)
4. The quality requirements for welds must also meet GMP requirements, requiring argon arc protection welding, and the welds need to be polished and passivated as required.

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Units with independent legal person status and relevant qualification levels included in the business license scope;
2. The project manager must have a technical title certificate of intermediate level or above in a related profession and a training qualification certificate recognized by the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, or have a construction engineer qualification certificate of level two or above (including level two), and have served as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects;
3. The project manager must have relevant electromechanical installation project performance in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided);
4. The bidding unit must have similar self-control project performance in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided); units with independent legal person status, relevant qualifications required by regulations, similar project performance, and corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds can register;
5. Bidders must have no bad credit records, and check whether the bidder is listed as a dishonest executor, has abnormal business operations, is involved in major tax violations, or is on the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement through the "Credit China" website.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 15 days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualification for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Interested bidders should register at the Equipment Engineering Department of LIZHU Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. before June 29, 2020, and a bid security deposit of 30,000 yuan is required after successful registration.
(7) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the LIZHU Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/), and the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
