Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Clean Pipeline Engineering Project for Sterile Workshop Construction
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): The building area is approximately 3000m2. The scope of work includes: clean pipelines, including purified water delivery pipelines, injection water delivery pipelines, pure steam delivery pipelines, compressed air delivery pipelines, nitrogen delivery pipelines, injection water/purified water distribution system control system (including sensors for tank liquid level, temperature, conductivity, etc., respirators, control cabinets, a complete control system including circulation, sterilization, and cleaning), injection water and purified water distribution tanks and safety accessory verification, pressure pipeline inspection, clean pipeline system validation services (including documentation and implementation).
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 4 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 80 million yuan, registered capital not less than 20 million, with rich experience in clean pipeline engineering, able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical Q&A within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for clean pipeline cases over 15 million, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
