Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Sterile Workshop Construction Project Automatic Control System Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Project Scope): Building area of approximately 3000m2, the project scope includes: BMS system, EMS system (including online pressure differential monitoring, particle and airborne bacteria monitoring), weak current system (including network, Tel, access control, CCTV, interlock).
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of Party A.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 3 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, registered capital not less than 20 million, with rich installation experience in BMS and EMS projects in the pharmaceutical industry, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical Q&A within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for automatic control systems with cases over 5 million, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The bidder will be notified separately to obtain the bidding documents and the bidding deadline.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/), and the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
