Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Sterile Workshop Construction Project Purification Decoration Engineering Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Building area of approximately 3000m2, the scope of work includes: purification decoration engineering, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, electrical lighting engineering, public pipeline engineering (industrial steam, chilled water, condensate water, drinking water, etc.), water supply and drainage engineering, fire protection engineering (meeting specification requirements and passing acceptance by Zhuhai Fire Department), flooring engineering, assisting in the installation of newly purchased equipment, cleanroom and air conditioning system validation services.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): 4 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 100 million yuan, registered capital not less than 50 million, possessing a second-level or above qualification for construction electromechanical installation engineering, or construction decoration engineering, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for purification decoration cases over 20 million, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
