Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Air Conditioning Units of Sichuan Bright Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Bright Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): A total of 116 combined air conditioning units and ceiling-mounted air conditioning units for the elevated warehouse, medicinal materials warehouse, pre-treatment workshop, alcohol extraction workshop, and extraction workshop.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): As required by the bidding documents.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and materials to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's revenue not less than 50 million yuan.
2. The qualifications of the registering enterprise should include ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, energy-saving product certification, and environmental protection product certification; combined air conditioners should have European standard certification documents; the registering enterprise must be the manufacturer of air conditioning units.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter and contact information of the entrusted person, photocopies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, performance in the past three years, copies of some contracts, and annual financial statements for the past three years (the above photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
