Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Renovation Project of QC Laboratory on the Second and Third Floors of Lizhu Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Second and Third Floors of the Office Building
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): QC Laboratory Renovation
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet laboratory technical requirements and laboratory renovation qualifications, provide scientifically reasonable schedule control and management measures, and prepare a detailed and feasible construction schedule based on the construction period requirements (including personnel and machinery entry time, material arrival time, and construction time for each specialty, etc.)
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 70 days after the contract is signed and becomes effective
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates (laboratory renovation qualifications), capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time (provide the professional qualifications and construction experience of the project manager and main technical management personnel).
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-examination
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
