Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Lizhu Reagent Lihe Raw Material R&D Center (Hengqin) Renovation Project.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Room 401, Building 3, No. 30 Feipeng Road, Guangdong-Macao Cooperation Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park, Hengqin New District, Zhuhai City (RD11-1, 4th Floor).
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): The construction area is approximately 1150.4m2. The scope of work includes: clean area renovation, laboratory renovation, office renovation, installation of purification air conditioning equipment, decorative engineering of color steel plate partition walls, strong and weak current engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, fire protection engineering (meeting specification requirements and responsible for passing the acceptance of Zhuhai Fire Department), floor heightening and leveling PVC flooring engineering, installation of laboratory furniture, installation of laboratory equipment, project operation debugging and acceptance.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality acceptance rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the client's URS requirements.
(5) Project Duration: No more than 50 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 35 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the qualifications of the registering enterprise should have a secondary or above qualification for construction decoration engineering.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 6 days from the date of posting.
