Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for the Cool Sample Storage and Normal Temperature Sample Storage of Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Cold Storage on the Third Floor of Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 1 cool sample storage, with an area of 300 square meters; 1 normal temperature sample storage, with an area of 400 square meters;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:
1. The cool storage (temperature less than 20℃, relative humidity range 45-75%), normal temperature sample storage (temperature 10-30℃, relative humidity range 45-75%); Note: Both storages can be adjusted to the temperature and humidity requirements of the other storage when necessary; equipment temperature control must be stable, within the set temperature ±2℃, humidity ±10%.
2. The material requirement for the storage panels is rock wool board, which must have waterproof performance, with a water repellency rate ≧98%, and must meet the relevant standards such as BGT 23932-2009 for building metal-faced insulated sandwich panels, GB T 11835-2016 for rock wool, slag wool and their products for insulation, and GB / T 19686 — 2015 for building rock wool insulation products. Certificates issued by relevant authoritative institutions are required. Storage panels, ceilings, floors, and air ducts must be covered with B1 grade flame-retardant insulation materials, and there should be no condensation on the surface in high temperature and high humidity weather.
3. The floor inside the storage must be insulated and consider strengthening the load-bearing installation of dense cabinets. The construction method must consider the load-bearing requirements of the floor itself.
4. Fully automatic electrified control system for automatic temperature and humidity control, equipped with one standby refrigeration unit, air conditioning air cabinet for air supply, fire dampers must be equipped at the air supply duct, and safety measures such as emergency shutdown over-temperature protection must be in place to ensure 24-hour uninterrupted operation inside the storage, with sound and light alarm devices, and additional mobile information notification function.
(5) Construction period: 30 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with an annual operating income of no less than 10 million yuan, established for no less than 5 years and having similar construction project achievements in the pharmaceutical industry, with corresponding construction qualifications, and having maintenance personnel stationed in the Pearl River Delta who can reach the site for repairs within 24 hours. Able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical Q&A within the specified time;
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
