Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Water Treatment Equipment of Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: People's Road, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City
(3) Procurement Content: 1 set of primary water preparation system, 1 set of purified water preparation system;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the latest GMP/FDA/EUGMP standards and meet user needs;
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): The purified water system shall be delivered within 60 days after the party A issues the bid notification, and all equipment pipeline installation and debugging work shall be completed within 80 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a secondary or above qualification;
2. Required documents for application: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the credentials, contract photocopy + summary table of achievements in the past 3 years (for contracts in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry with a unit price of over 1.5 million), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for qualified potential bidders.
