Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Environmental Protection Department Sewage Pool Enclosure and Waste Gas Collection Treatment Project of Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 44, Renmin 1st Road, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Two water pools approximately 30 meters * 25.4 meters need to be covered and equipped with a secondary spray tower.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: The water pool must be covered, and the discharge must be purified by the secondary spray tower. The odor concentration should be less than 400 dimensionless.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 55 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 25 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a level 3 qualification for environmental engineering contracting, or a level B qualification or above for environmental pollution control.
2. Required submission materials: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, contract copies + performance summary for the past 3 years, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
