Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for the Ingredient System
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
This procurement project for the ingredient system includes: 1 x 500L mixing tank, 2 x 500L storage tanks, piping system, electrical control box (including operation panel), and control system, etc.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Drug Production Quality Management Standards" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, general principles for implementing drug production quality management standards for pharmaceutical machinery (equipment), requirements for steel pressure vessels and user needs.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Delivery within 4 months after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with rich experience in related engineering projects of ingredient systems, having no less than 30 ingredient system engineering cases in the past 3 years, annual contract achievements of no less than 15 million, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copy of the business license, copy of qualification proof, copy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The bidder will be notified separately to obtain the bidding documents and the bidding deadline.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
