Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Bidding Announcement for the Procurement Project of the Video Surveillance System and Network Equipment for the Solvent Tank Area of Phase II Workshop of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Phase II Workshop, Solvent Tank Area
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Procurement of video surveillance systems and network equipment for production safety monitoring for this project.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: A complete "turnkey" project for the wiring, equipment installation, debugging, testing, and acceptance of the workshop security video surveillance system.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): Fifteen days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Should have a construction intelligent engineering design and construction integration secondary or above qualification issued by the construction administrative department, or have an independent legal entity with a construction qualification of level three or above for intelligent engineering contracting, and have a safety production license.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 7 days from the date of posting (Note: The registration time must not be less than five working days. The project team must determine the registration deadline based on project market, technical difficulty, urgency, and other factors; it is recommended to start the bidding announcement work after the group approval of the project, allowing sufficient time to implement supplier investigation and selection, technical communication, project URS, and determination of bidding documents);
