Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. Overview of the Bidding Project:
3# Production Workshop: This workshop consists of two parts: 3-1# Water Extraction Workshop and 3-2# Preparation Workshop. The scope of this bidding includes the civil construction projects of 3-1# Water Extraction Workshop and 3-2# Preparation Workshop, which are separated by construction joints. At this stage, the bidding only provides construction and structural drawings for 3-1#. The construction period and drawings for 3-2# Preparation Workshop will be determined by the client based on the specific project progress. The 3-1# Water Extraction Workshop and 3-2# Preparation Workshop must achieve the goal of separate construction and separate completion acceptance and production use. The fire hazard category of the 3-1# Water Extraction Workshop is Class C, with an engineering level of Level 2; fire resistance level of Level 1; seismic design intensity of 7 degrees; roof waterproofing level of Level I; covering an area of 2803.20㎡, with a total building area of 10310.47㎡ and an underground building area of 1448.19㎡; this project is a four-story above-ground and one-story underground reinforced concrete frame structure building, with a basement floor height of 6.3m, first floor height of 6.90m, second floor height of 7.20m, third floor height of 4.5m, and the height of the roof stairwell and machine room is 3.9m, with a building height of 23.80m. The 3-2# Preparation Workshop covers an area of approximately 9451.92㎡, with a building area of approximately 27127.00㎡, and the building structure of this workshop is a four-story above-ground reinforced concrete structure.
The scope of this bidding:
The construction, structure, fire protection, and lighting systems of the 3# Production Workshop (including 3-1# Water Extraction Workshop and 3-2# Preparation Workshop), and the general contract management of the installation projects involving regulatory and construction procedures.
Special Instructions:
The offline regulatory and construction acceptance procedures for the 3# Production Workshop are divided into 3-1# Production Workshop and 3-2# Production Workshop, while the online regulatory and construction procedures are for the entire 3# Production Workshop.
(6) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Total duration of 245 days, with a main structure duration of 185 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 600 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a Level 1 or above construction engineering general contracting qualification; the proposed project manager should be a Level 1 constructor (building construction specialty);
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the credentials, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: The registration materials for the bidding project of the civil construction of the 3# Production Plant of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Overall Relocation and Expansion Project should be sent to the dedicated email for bidding registration.
