Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for New Workshop Second Valve of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, South Port Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Scope:
1. Stainless steel ball valves;
2. Stainless steel shut-off valves;
3. Self-operated regulating valves, with flame arresters and breathing valves;
4. Check valves;
5. Vacuum samplers;
6. Pipeline sight glasses;
7. Y-type filters (before pump);
8. Safety valves, rupture discs;
9. Steam traps;
10. Flame arresters.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:

(5) Delivery period: Within 200 days after the contract is signed, continuous supply, with a supply response time not exceeding 24 hours. (Total valve supply quantity is about 3000~4000 pieces)
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, registered capital of over 50 million, capable of independently assuming civil liability, currently without any legal or economic disputes, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million, able to actively respond to Party A's requirements, and send a technical person in charge to solve technical inquiries and existing problems within the specified time;
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).

(1) Registration time: Deadline is 15 days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
