Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Lizhu Group Exhibition Hall Update and Maintenance Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: First Floor Exhibition Hall of the Group Headquarters Building (No. 38, Chuangye North Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City)
(3) Scope of Work: Partial content update of the Group Exhibition Hall
(4) Project Duration: 15 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, and those with experience in undertaking government or large enterprise exhibition halls are preferred;
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopy of the contract, contact person and communication method for registration (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration documents to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration documents, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
