Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for the New Workshop II Control Cabinet of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8 Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Scope:
27 control cabinets (see attached electrical system diagram), including: cabinet body, motor protectors, busbars, air switches, contactors, intermediate relays, knife switches, thermal relays, electric meters, current transformers, terminals, transfer switches, push buttons, indicator lights, fuses, fast fuses, junction boxes, reactors, digital displays, and Others. (The inverter is purchased separately by Party A)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project:
Respond to the equipment URS requirements
(5) Construction Period: 45 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, registered capital of over 50 million, capable of independently assuming civil liability, currently without any legal or economic disputes, and last year's operating income not less than 25 million. Enterprises applying for the control cabinet project must pass CCC certification; priority will be given to those authorized by ABB, Siemens, and Schneider, who can actively respond to Party A's requirements and send a technical person to solve technical inquiries and existing problems within the specified time.
2. Required documents for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 15 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and Confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
