Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Lizhu Sample Area Relocation and Expansion Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Cold Storage Third Floor
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Constant Temperature and Humidity Storage, Cool Sample Room, and Room Temperature Sample Room
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Good engineering quality management specifications, drug production quality management specifications, Chinese Pharmacopoeia, United States Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia, ICH Q1A (R2), GB/T 2424.5/IEC60068-3-5 Environmental Testing of Electrical and Electronic Products Temperature Test Chamber Performance Confirmation, GB/T 2424.5/IEC60068-3-6 Environmental Testing of Electrical and Electronic Products Temperature/Humidity Test Chamber Performance Confirmation, GAMP4 Good Automated Manufacturing Practice Guidelines Version 4 and other relevant requirements.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 50 days after the contract is signed (including installation and verification)
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan or more, last year's total business income not less than 10 million yuan or similar project business income in the pharmaceutical industry not less than 3 million yuan, and at least 5 similar projects in the pharmaceutical industry in the past three years, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit); list of similar projects in the pharmaceutical industry in the past three years.
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review

(4) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
