Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Automatic Control Instruments in the Solvent Tank Area of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Company
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, South Port Avenue, Phase II, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): A set of DCS system including related instruments.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: GB50093-2002 Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Automation Instrument Engineering and other relevant industry standards
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): The automatic control system and on-site instruments must all arrive at our side by May 15, and all installation and debugging must be completed by May 30.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Enterprises with corresponding manufacturing or sales qualifications for control systems, valid business licenses and credential certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 15 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a level three or above qualification for electromechanical installation projects.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the credential certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
