Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Liquid Preparation System Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
This procurement is for the liquid preparation system of the raw material refining workshop and the formulation workshop.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Drug Production Quality Management Standards" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, general principles of drug production quality management standards, requirements for steel pressure vessels and user needs.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 5 months after the contract is signed for FAT.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, familiar with raw material refining and formulation liquid preparation processes, with rich project experience related to suspensions, emulsions, and liposomes, with no less than 10 domestic and foreign cases in the past 5 years, and able to send a technical person in charge to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 2 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The bidder will be notified separately to obtain the bidding documents and the bidding deadline.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
