Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Introduction to the Bidding Project

(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 50L, 100L, 200L, and 300L stainless steel small experimental tank equipment
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the equipment URS (Technical Attachment)
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 60 days after the contract is signed and becomes effective
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 25 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, contract photocopy, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
