(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet user requirements (URS-ES-2020-011,URSURS-ES-2020-039) and the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 90 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopies of contracts for similar projects in the past three years (three copies), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
