(5) Procurement Content
1. Civil Engineering: Construction of a high-rise warehouse building (Class B 2 items), including water, electricity, construction, structure, HVAC, fire control automation, and other specialties. The warehouse covers an area of 6079.95㎡, with a total construction area of 25371.81㎡, the main building is four stories high, with a first-floor height of 6.9m, a second-floor height of 6.9m, a third-floor height of 6.9m, and a roof stairwell and machine room height of 4.2m, with a building height (fire height) of 29.2m.
2. Electromechanical Installation: Water, electricity, heat, decoration, HVAC, fire control, and other specialties for the 2# production plant medicinal material warehouse.
(6) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality first-time pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(7) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 125 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 450 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a first-class or above construction engineering general contracting qualification.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
