Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Pre-filled Syringe Filling Line
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
This procurement of the pre-filled syringe filling line includes a manual outer package disassembly machine, a fully automatic inner package disassembly machine, and a fully automatic filling and plugging machine.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Drug Production Quality Management Standards" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, pharmaceutical machinery (equipment) implementation. General principles of drug production quality management standards, requirements for steel pressure vessels and user needs.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 10 months after the contract is signed for FAT.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, internationally renowned brands, widely used, with no less than 10 domestic and foreign cases in the past 3 years, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 2 days from the date of posting

(5) Qualification Pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The bidder will be notified separately to obtain the bidding documents and the bidding deadline.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
