Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement of Phase II AD Product Distribution Cabinets for Lizhu Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Delivery Location: No. 8, Nangang Avenue, Jiangyin Town, Fuqing City
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Purchase low-voltage cabinets and supporting equipment for the cabinets according to the system, and transport them to the corresponding site after assembly.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Low Voltage Distribution Design Specification" (GB50054-2011); "Design Specification for Power Supply and Distribution Systems" (GB50052-2009)
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 20 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 5 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; participating units must have independent legal person qualifications; enterprise credential level: products must have CCC certification; the company must have corresponding qualifications such as high and low voltage complete production licenses.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of credential proofs, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
