Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1.Bidding Project Overview
(1) Project Name:Pure Steam Generator and Distilled Water MachineProcurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1 Pure Steam Generator, gas production capacity of 1500kg/h (gas production capacity at industrial steam pressure of 0.4MPa), pure steam outlet pressure of 0.3MP. The pure steam generator must include at least the following components (including but not limited to): raw water feed pump, non-condensable gas discharge, automatic control system (PID regulation), online monitoring of conductivity, pH, temperature, etc.
1 Distilled Water Machine, water production capacity of 4000L/h (water production capacity at industrial steam pressure of 0.4MPa), the distilled water machine must include at least the following components (including but not limited to): multi-effect distillation system for preparation, distribution plate allowing for instantaneous flashing, and further purification ensured by the spiral equipped on the evaporator shell. The last effect leads to the condenser, where injection water is cooled together with pure steam using cooling water, and the produced distilled water is delivered to the injection water storage tank through a regulating valve with an automatic drainage device.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, implementation of pharmaceutical machinery (equipment) guidelines, general principles of Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production, requirements for steel pressure vessels and user needs.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Delivery within 150 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 90 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copy of the business license, copy of qualification certificate, copy of contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
