Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is bidding for the automatic warehousing logistics system. Units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements are welcome to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Automatic Warehousing Logistics System for the Overall Relocation and Expansion Project of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Construction Unit: Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Project Location: Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province
(4) Project Overview: The elevated warehouse is a single-story main structure with partial three stories, a reinforced concrete frame structure building, covering an area of 8103㎡, with a building area of approximately 12000㎡. The height of some buildings exceeds 8.0m, with a building area of 6323.24m2; the height of the single-story area is 22.5m, designed for ≥17280 storage positions; the first floor of the multi-story area has a height of 6.9m, the second floor has a height of 6.2m, and the third floor has a height of 4.5m. The second floor of the elevated warehouse connects to the production workshop via a corridor, and the east side of the first floor connects to the outside for receiving auxiliary materials and packaging materials, as well as shipping finished products; the second floor connects to the joint factory for supplying auxiliary materials and packaging materials to the joint factory via AGV, and for automatic stacking of finished products into the warehouse by robots.
(5) Bidding Scope: Includes the design, equipment manufacturing, packaging, insurance, transportation, positioning, unpacking inspection (buyer participates in counting goods), storage, installation, debugging, testing, operation, verification, training, delivery, and after-sale service of the automatic warehousing logistics conveying system, mainly used for the automation of raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials, and product warehousing, as well as the automation of product outbound, and the intelligent needs of the three-dimensional storage system.
(6) Quality Requirements: Ensure that the project quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of Party A.
(7) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 180 days (Preparation 90 days + On-site Construction 90 days)
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with operating income not less than 150 million yuan in 2018 or 2019 (January to November), and at least one successful case with a construction scale of over 20 million yuan from 2017 to 2019;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send the registration materials for the bidding project of the automatic warehousing logistics system for the overall relocation and expansion project of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to the dedicated email for bidding registration (please indicate the name of the bidding project).
