1. Introduction to the Bidding Project

(3) Project Location: Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province
(4) Project Overview: The 1# production plant is a single-story main structure with a partial three-story reinforced concrete frame structure, classified as a Class B warehouse, covering an area of 8103㎡, with a building area of approximately 12000㎡. The height of the building exceeds 8.0m for part of the area: 6323.24m2; the height of the single-story area is 22.5m; the first floor height of the multi-story area is 6.9m, the second floor height is 6.2m, and the third floor height is 4.5m.
(5) Bidding Scope: 1# production plant water, electricity, heat, decoration, HVAC, fire protection and other specialties
(6) Quality Requirements: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(7) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 180 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 80 million yuan, and able to send technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. The enterprise's credentials should have a Class 1 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects, or a Class 2 or above general contracting qualification for electromechanical engineering, or a Class 2 or above professional contracting qualification for electromechanical installation engineering, fire protection facilities engineering, and building decoration engineering.
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 10 days from the date of posting.
