Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Automatic Rubber Stopper Cleaning Machine
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 1 unit of automatic rubber stopper cleaning machine, which must include at least the following parts (including but not limited to): feeding, container, drum, CIP/SIP system, vacuum system, water and steam inlet system, drainage and exhaust system, door sealing system, siliconization system, rubber stopper transfer system. Each cleaning cycle must be able to clean and sterilize no less than 200,000 13mm butyl rubber stoppers and no less than 120,000 20mm butyl rubber stoppers.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, general principles of pharmaceutical machinery (equipment) implementation, requirements for steel pressure vessels and user needs.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): Delivery within 90 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 8 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
