Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name One: Procurement of Laboratory Furniture and Ventilation Engineering for the R&D Center
(2) Project Implementation Location: Limin Pharmaceutical Factory Medical Research Institute
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Ventilation hood and exhaust duct engineering;
2. Equipment facilities such as experimental tables, side tables, operation tables, etc.;
3. Gas supply pipeline engineering;
4. Laboratory furniture to the distribution box sockets and wiring (including network cables) engineering;
5. Procurement and installation engineering for wastewater, waste gas treatment, spray tower, and other equipment;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: comply with the current version of relevant specifications, meet the requirements of design drawings or higher standards;
(5) Project duration: 90 days
(6) Project Name Two: Decoration Engineering for the R&D Center
(7) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Power and lighting distribution system (including total power capacity expansion, main electrical cabinet in the distribution room, wiring from the main electrical cabinet to each distribution box, and procurement and installation of electrical boxes) engineering;
2. Air conditioning system (including cooling module units, clean air conditioning units, water pumps, filters, etc.) and ordinary air conditioning systems and control circuits engineering;
3. Video, access control, self-control systems, smart control systems, etc. engineering;
4. Water supply and drainage system engineering;
5. Room partition decoration, ceiling, clean area repair, entrance hall, electronic reading room, conference room, specimen room, corridor, sky garden, toilet decoration, etc. engineering;
(8) Quality requirements for this bidding project: comply with the current version of relevant specifications, meet the requirements of design drawings or higher standards;
(9) Project duration: 90 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 15 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificates (second-level or above qualification for construction decoration engineering, third-level or above qualification for construction electromechanical installation engineering), safety production license for construction enterprises, contract photocopies, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
