(1) Project Name: Pet Formulation Workshop Construction Project of Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Location: No. 4 and No. 8 Shilong Avenue, Shijiao Town, Qingyuan, Guangdong
(3) Procurement Content: Pet formulations (Building 2), R&D building, extraction building, power workshop (including circulating water pool), central control room, fire pump room, with a total construction area of approximately 15,000 m².
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: 3 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time. Enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a qualification level of second level or above.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
