Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Vacuum Pump Equipment for the New Workshop of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Scope: 12 vacuum pumps (specific requirements are detailed in the bidding documents)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Respond to the equipment URS requirements
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: 40 days (to be delivered as required)
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 19 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for equipment manufacturing projects should have corresponding qualifications for the design and manufacture of vacuum pump equipment.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copy of the business license, copy of the qualification certificate, copy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).
