2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the bidding construction unit must have independent legal person status; construction enterprise qualification level: must have a construction qualification of level 5 or above for distribution installation (repair, testing); project manager qualification level: the proposed project manager must have a professional qualification of level 3 or above (including level 3); the project manager must have experience in managing high-voltage distribution project construction and must not be replaced without authorization; if a replacement is necessary, it must be approved by the owner.
2. Required documents for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
