Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: LIZHU Group Administrative Building Conference Room Weak Current Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: LIZHU Industrial Park Administrative Building
(3) Procurement Content (Project Scope): The building area is approximately 1650m2, and the project scope includes: LED splicing screen, conference sound system, access control monitoring, lifting screen system, 86-inch conference tablet, integrated wiring, and related supporting projects (detailed project content can be found in the drawings).
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering and equipment quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Before January 10, 2020
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; electronic and intelligent engineering professional contracting level three or above qualification;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project)

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the LIZHU Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
