Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Chiller Unit Equipment of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Scope: 1. The design and manufacturing of cooling tower equipment must meet national relevant standards, and the material of the equipment must meet national environmental protection and energy-saving requirements. 2. The work includes manufacturing, transportation, installation guidance, on-site debugging, industrial trial operation, acceptance, technical training, equipment warranty, and after-sale service.
(4) Requirements for this bidding project:
① Equipment Type: Counterflow square fiberglass cooling tower.
② Requirements: Single unit cooling capacity of 500m³/h, cooling tower drive mode is belt type; a total of 6 units.
③ Technical Requirements (including but not limited to the following items):
1) Required temperature drop: Inlet water temperature 42℃, outlet water temperature 32℃
2) Tower body support and standard part material: Hot-dip galvanized steel
3) Shell and water separation sleeve: High-quality fiberglass and resin composite
4) Filler: Brand new PVC
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: 120 days (Delivery by March 31, 2020)
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
