Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Chiller Equipment of Lizhu Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Scope of Procurement: 1. Manufacturing, transportation, installation guidance, on-site debugging, industrial trial operation, acceptance, technical training, equipment warranty, and after-sale service, etc. 2. System debugging, industrial trial operation, acceptance, technical training, etc.
(4) Requirements for this Bidding Project:
① Equipment Type: Centrifugal chiller.
② Demand: Cooling capacity of 2200kw for 2 units; cooling capacity of 1900kw for 1 unit.
③ The equipment must use environmentally friendly refrigerants that comply with international standards: positive pressure machine uses R134a; negative pressure machine uses R514a.
④ The refrigerant and refrigerating oil of the unit must be supplied as a complete set; the equipped accessories: temperature sensors, insulation layers, unit logos, shock-absorbing pads, etc. must be complete.
⑤ The control system adopts PLC or fully automatic microcomputer control, capable of manual/automatic switching, able to calculate, control, adjust, and protect parameters such as oil pressure, oil temperature, suction and discharge pressure, inlet and outlet temperature of chilled water and cooling water, and provide safety protection, interlock control, and cooling capacity control functions, with a requirement for a Chinese operating system.
⑥ The equipment has automatic load adjustment and automatic start/stop functions, with abnormal alarm and display alarm reason functions; it has various abnormal shutdown protection functions.
⑦ The designated brands for the bidding equipment: Carrier Air Conditioning, Trane Air Conditioning, York Air Conditioning, McQuay Air Conditioning.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: 120 days (Delivery by March 31, 2020)
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Required documents for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 10 days from the date of posting.
