Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Chiller Equipment of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nankang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Scope: 1. All work related to the manufacturing, transportation, installation guidance, on-site debugging, industrial trial operation, acceptance, technical training, equipment warranty, and after-sale service of the equipment. 2. All work related to system debugging, industrial trial operation, acceptance, technical training, etc.
(4) Requirements for this bidding project:
① Equipment Type: Centrifugal Air Compressor.
② Demand: 3 sets with a single unit flow of 300m³/min (at 1 standard atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 20℃).
③ The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is 0.2Mpa (gauge pressure), and the efficient point of the exhaust pressure is 0.18Mpa (gauge pressure).
③ The single centrifugal air machine is a complete system, and all necessary gas paths, oil paths, water paths, pipelines, valves, internal supports, electrical and control systems, and other accessories from the compressor inlet to the outlet must be complete.
④ The equipment (including lubricating oil) must be supplied as a complete set; the equipped accessories must include an outlet electric regulating valve, a discharge electric regulating valve, an oil cooler, an air after-cooler, a self-cleaning filter, an outlet silencer, a discharge pipe silencer, a temperature sensor, a check valve, unit logo identification, pipeline metal shock absorbers, vibration isolation pads, etc.
⑤ The control system adopts PLC or fully automatic microcomputer control, capable of manual/automatic switching, and can calculate, control, adjust, and protect parameters such as air flow, pressure, intake and exhaust pressure, intake and exhaust temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature, etc. It must provide safety protection, interlocking control, and adjustment quantity control functions, and require a Chinese operating system.
⑥ It must have abnormal alarm and display alarm reason functions; it must have various abnormal shutdown protection functions.
⑦ This bidding is for imported equipment (internationally renowned brands such as Atlas, Ingersoll Rand, etc.).
(5) Equipment Supply Period: 150 days (delivery on April 31, 2020)
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
