2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for equipment manufacturing projects should have D1 class pressure vessel design and manufacturing qualifications or above;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, photocopies of the business license, photocopies of credentials, contract copies, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
