Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Renovation Project of the Sewage Collection System of the Lijun Pharmaceutical Factory Annex Building
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lijun Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Complete the renovation construction of the sewage collection system of the Lijun Pharmaceutical Factory Annex Building according to the construction drawings.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of Party A.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 2 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 5 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the qualifications of the registering enterprise should include a secondary qualification for mechanical and electrical installation engineering contracting or a third-level or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lijun Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
