2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopy of the contract (the above photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
