Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Renovation Project of the Administrative Office on the Fourth Floor of Lizhu Reagent.
(2) Project Implementation Location: 4th Floor, Building 1, Lizhu Reagent Company, No. 266 Tongchang Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Transform the currently idle area of 1386 square meters on the fourth floor of the administrative building into an office area, establishing an open office area, meeting rooms, manager's office, deputy manager's office, data room, tea room, etc., with a capacity to accommodate at least 165 office personnel. The scope of work includes: partition decoration works, floor decoration, ventilation and air conditioning works, strong and weak current engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, fire protection engineering (meeting regulatory requirements and responsible for passing acceptance by the Zhuhai Fire Department), project operation debugging acceptance, etc.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure a 100% pass rate for project quality, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the client's URS requirements.
(5) Project Duration: No more than 50 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
(1) Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 25 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the registering enterprise must have a Class 3 or above qualification for construction decoration engineering.
(2) Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 7 days from the date of posting.
