Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: LIZHU Group LIZHU Pharmaceutical Factory C03 Substation Capacity Expansion Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: LIZHU Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Reporting and construction of high-voltage cables; installation of high-voltage complete distribution cabinets, transformers, low-voltage switch cabinets, etc.; design optimization of high-voltage cable installation projects and passing the review of Zhuhai Power Supply Department; acceptance by the power supply bureau and handling of related procedures for power supply.

(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 2 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 15 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the construction site for inspection and technical Q&A within the specified time; the participating construction unit must have independent legal person status; construction enterprise qualification level: must have a construction qualification of level 5 or above for distribution contracting; project manager qualification level: the proposed project manager must have a professional qualification of level 3 or above (including level 3); the project manager must have experience in managing high-voltage distribution projects and must not be changed without authorization; if a change is necessary, it must be confirmed by the owner.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials and will provide written feedback to confirm the bidding qualifications of qualified potential bidders.
