Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Workshop 1 Technical Renovation Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Limin Pharmaceutical Factory Medical Research Institute
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Demolition of ceilings and partition walls in some color steel plate rooms, and reconstruction of process partitions and ceiling construction;
2. Construction of epoxy colored sand self-leveling floor in clean areas and colored sand arc wall in some main functional rooms;
3. The ground in non-clean areas is all epoxy colored sand self-leveling floor;
4. Installation of new clean doors and windows;
5. Installation of new lighting fixtures, sockets, switches, distribution boxes, etc.;
6. Production and installation of new air conditioning and smoke exhaust systems (including equipment) for new supply and exhaust outlets, air ducts, and adjustment valves;
7. Replacement of all high-efficiency filters;
8. Purchase and installation of new equipment power supply;
9. Installation project of new public pipeline system (including installation of three sets of steam valve groups and construction procedures);
10. Demolition of some steel platforms and construction of new steel platforms;
11. Demolition, replacement, and installation of some extraction tanks;
12. Demolition of cooling towers for air conditioning units and procurement and installation of new cooling towers;
13. Demolition of some clean pipelines and new clean pipeline systems;
14. Procurement and installation of new floor drains;
15. Installation of new water supply and drainage pipelines;
16. Air conditioning system validation documents (including DQ, IQ, OQ plans and reports);
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the requirements of the current version of relevant specifications and the design drawings;
(5) Project duration: 30 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and construction electromechanical installation engineering professional contracting level 3 or above qualification certificates, and construction decoration engineering professional contracting level 3 or above qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 15 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries before October 23, 2019;
2. Required documents for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of business licenses, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
