Our company intends to bid on the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Bidding project for the construction of elevated warehouse for the overall relocation and expansion project of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction of a three-story concrete frame Class B warehouse, including water, electricity, construction, structure, HVAC, fire control automation, and other specialties. The warehouse covers an area of 8103㎡, with a building area of approximately 11664㎡, of which the area with a height of <8m is 5366㎡, and the area with a height of 23.9m is 6298㎡.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): 220 days.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 450 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a first-class or above construction engineering general contracting qualification.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the credentials, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration method: Send the registration materials for the bidding project of the elevated warehouse construction for the overall relocation and expansion project of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical to the dedicated bidding registration email.
