我公司拟就以下采购项目进行招标，欢迎银行资信和财务状况良好、符合资质要求、有类似项目业绩的单位参与投标。本项目有关事项公告如下：
一、 招标项目简介
（一） 项目名称：丽珠集团福州福兴医药有限公司KSS不锈钢罐类设备采购项目
（二） 项目实施地点：福建省福清市江阴工业集中区南港大道8号
（三） 采购范围：1、设备设计制造
（四）本次招标项目质量要求：
①安全技术检查规程TSG 21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》
②制造、检验与验收标准GB/T150.1~4-2011
③受压元件用钢板标准GB/T24511-2017/固溶
④受压元件用锻件标准NB/T47010-2017
⑤《化工设备、管道外防腐设计规定》HG/T20679-2014
⑥《钢容器防腐和保温工程施工及验收规范》 SY/T4059-93
⑦受压元件用钢管标准GB/T14976-2012
⑧焊接规程NB/T47015-2011《压力容器焊接规程》
（五）设备供货期：50天（2019年11月30日交货）
二、 投标报名人资格要求及需提交的资料
1．具备有效的营业执照和资质证书的合法企业，具有独立承担民事责任的能力，上年度营业收入不低于4000万元，能在规定时间派出技术负责人开展工程现场查看与技术答疑；报名设备制造类项目的企业资质应具备D1类压力容器设计与制造或以上；
2. 报名需提交资料：法人授权(委托)书、法人和被授权人的身份证复印件、营业执照复印件、资质证明复印件、合同复印、年度财务报表、报名联系人与通讯方式（以上复印件需加盖单位鲜章）。
三、 报名及资格预审
（一）报名时间：自挂网之日起10日内截止
（二）报名方式：报名资料发送到招标报名专用邮箱（请注明投标项目名称）

（五）资格预审：我司根据投标人报名资料进行资格预审，对符合要求的潜在投标人书面回复并确认投标资格。获取招标文件、投标截止时间由招标人另行通知。
（一）合格的投标人应在丽珠集团SRM系统注册成为合格供应商（http://srm.livzon.cn/），《供应商注册操作手册》详见集团官网。
