1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises registering for equipment manufacturing projects should have D1 class pressure vessel design and manufacturing qualifications or above;
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
