我公司拟就以下采购项目进行招标，欢迎银行资信和财务状况良好、符合资质要求、有类似项目业绩的单位参与投标。本项目有关事项公告如下：
一、 招标项目简介
（一） 项目名称：丽珠集团新北江制药股份有限公司提炼一部溶媒仓库改造项目工程采购项目。
（二） 项目实施地点：广东省清远市清城区人民一路44号。
（三） 采购内容（工程范围）：现在溶媒仓库的共有11只贮罐，其中有4只是为常压罐体，有7只罐是带压罐体。现把罐体输送方式改为泵体来输送。配有相应自控检测仪表，要有切断阀系统等功能。
（四）本次招标项目质量要求：详见URS。
（五）设备交货期（工程工期）：签订合同60天内完成安装改造并交付使用。
二、 投标报名人资格要求及需提交的资料
1．具备有效的营业执照和资质证书的合法企业，具有独立承担民事责任的能力。
2. 报名需提交资料：法人授权(委托)书、法人和被授权人的身份证复印件、营业执照复印件、资质证明复印件、合同复印、年度财务报表、报名联系人与通讯方式（以上复印件需加盖单位公章）。
三、 报名及资格预审
（一） 报名时间：自挂网之日起5日内截止。
（二）报名方式：报名资料发送到招标报名专用邮箱（请注明投标项目名称）。
（三）招标报名专用邮箱：lznnr2019@163.com。

（五）资格预审：我司根据投标人报名资料进行资格预审，对符合要求的潜在投标人书面回复并确认投标资格。获取招标文件、投标截止时间由招标人另行通知。
（六）合格的投标人应在丽珠集团SRM系统注册成为合格供应商（http://srm.livzon.cn/），《供应商注册操作手册》详见集团官网。
