Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Project Overview
(1) Project Name: The addition of shut-off valves in the Class A tank area of Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Industrial Park, Pingluo County, Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Addition of shut-off valves in the Class A tank area, as well as the addition of DCS systems and related instruments, self-control construction, debugging, etc.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with the "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Petrochemical Toxic and Flammable Medium Pipeline Engineering" SH3501-2001; "Technical Regulations for the Construction of Petrochemical Instrument Engineering" SH/T3521-2007; "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Automation Instrument Engineering" GB50093-2002; "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Industrial Automation Instrument Engineering" GB0374-2006 and other relevant specifications, as well as compliance with inspection requirements from safety supervision and expert departments.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 120 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
(1) Units with independent legal person status and relevant qualification levels included in the business license scope;
(2) The project manager must have a mid-level or above relevant professional technical title certificate and a training qualification certificate recognized by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, or have a second-level or above (including second-level) construction engineer qualification certificate, and must have served as the project manager for other ongoing construction projects;
(3) The project manager must have relevant self-control project construction achievements in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided);
(4) The bidding unit must have similar self-control project construction achievements in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided); must have independent legal person status, possess relevant qualifications required by regulations, have similar project achievements, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.
(5) Bidders must have no bad credit records, and check whether the bidder is listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement, has abnormal business operations, is involved in major tax violations, or has serious illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement through the "Credit China" website.
(6) Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificates, photocopy of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Interested bidders should register at the Equipment Engineering Department of Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. before September 1, 2019. After successful registration, a bidding deposit of 30,000 yuan is required.
(7) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
