Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (2) Project Implementation Location: Industrial Park, Pingluo County, Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Increase of automatic control system in Workshop 201-1, and addition of DCS system and related instruments, automatic control construction, debugging, etc.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Toxic and Flammable Medium Pipeline Engineering in Petrochemical Industry" SH3501-2001; "Technical Regulations for Instrument Engineering Construction in Petrochemical Industry" SH/T3521-2007; "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Automation Instrument Engineering" GB50093-2002; "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Industrial Automation Instrument Engineering" GB0374-2006 and other relevant specifications, as well as comply with the inspection requirements of safety supervision, experts, and other departments.

1. Units with independent legal person status and relevant qualification levels included in the business license scope;
2. The project manager must have a technical title certificate of intermediate level or above in a related profession and a training qualification certificate recognized by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, or have a second-level or above (including second-level) construction engineer qualification certificate, and have served as project manager for other ongoing construction projects;
3. The project manager must have relevant automatic control project construction achievements in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided);
4. The bidding unit must have similar automatic control project construction achievements in the past three years (from 2016 to present) (proof documents must be provided); units with independent legal person status, relevant qualifications required by laws and regulations, similar project achievements, and corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds can register;
5. Bidders must have no bad credit records, and check whether the bidder is listed as a dishonest executor, has abnormal business operations, is involved in major tax violations, or is on the list of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement through the "Credit China" website.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificates, photocopy of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualification for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Interested bidders should register at the Equipment Engineering Department of Livzon Group (Ningxia) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. before September 1, 2019.
After successful registration, a bidding deposit of 30,000 yuan is required.
(7) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/), and the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
