Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Design (Engineering) Procurement Project for the Gel Workshop of Livzon Group
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 89, Industrial West Road, Shaoguan City, inside Livzon Group's Gel Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Design of the gel workshop (process layout, building separation, HVAC, water supply and drainage, telecommunications, power distribution, fire protection, etc.);
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: designed according to the 2010 version of "Drug Production Management Specifications", GB50073-2013 "Clean Room Design Specifications", GB50591-2010 "Clean Room Construction and Acceptance Specifications", GB50222-2017 "Fire Protection Design Specifications for Interior Decoration of Buildings" and other relevant laws and regulations.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 45 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 5 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have at least a Class B pharmaceutical chemical design qualification or above;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the credentials, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit); list of similar project design achievements.
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Registration will close within 5 days from the date of posting. Registration method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project)

(4) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (5) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
